New York–Nutritional supplements cataloger Vitamin Shoppe Industries completed its previously announced remerger with VitaminShoppe.com on April 12. VitaminShoppe.com stockholders will receive $1 per share in cash. Teen girls apparel marketer Delia’s completed a similar remerger in August with iTurf, Delia’s online business that it had spun off in 1999.
