VTEX Accelerates Expansion in US and Europe

Following through on its commitment to providing global digital commerce solutions with a localized approach, VTEX announced the opening of offices in the US and Spain in the first quarter of 2016.

US and Spain locations join 7 other VTEX offices worldwide as first expansions this year. Additional European offices will continue the expansion plan in the second half of the year.

With more than 800 retailers and 1,600 ecommerce sites, including Sony, Whirlpool and Avon, the VTEX True Cloud Commerce™ platform is currently deployed in 15 countries managing billions in gross merchandise value (GMV) in 2015.

“We strongly believe that global expansion of our operations is critical to our mission to change the digital commerce game. The power of the VTEX platform comes from an auto-scaling elastic cloud infrastructure that allows brands and retailers respond to market changes and customer demands in real-time. Alexandre Soncini has been appointed as our head of North America to lead this expansion in the US,” said Mariano Gomide de Faria, co-founder and co-CEO of VTEX.

Also announcing the launch of their fully transparent pricing strategy, from the middle market to the enterprise, commerce operators can easily calculate their Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) at http://en.vtex.com/pricing.

The multi-tenant VTEX platform promises faster time-to-market, endless extensibility, seamless integration with external applications, and a patent-pending PCI DSS certified one-click SmartCheckout™, making it one of the most powerful digital commerce platforms on the market.
