Week in Review: Rolling Out the Red Carpet in Cincinnati

Excellence_in_Customer_Experience_Date1-300x60The red carpet will be rolling out in Cincinnati on April 14. That’s when Multichannel Merchant will announce the winners of its annual Excellence in Customer Experience Awards its 2016 Operations Summit.

The awards, based on data from eBay Enterprise + Innotrac’s SmartHub benchmarking study, were established to recognize retailers at the cutting edge of delivery, packaging, returns, brand communications, customer experience, and innovation.
