Renton, WA-based computer reseller Zones has acquired technology products and services provider Corporate PC Source (CPCS). Terms of the deal, which was announced April 1, were not disclosed. Zones mails the IT Zone and Mac Zone catalogs.
For the year ended Dec. 31, 2002, CPCS had sales of $95.9 million; Zones, $414.6 million. CPCS, which will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of Zones, will retain its corporate name and its headquarters in Wood Dale, IL.
