New York–Teen apparel and accessories cataloger Alloy Online and Hachette Filipacchi Magazines have partnered to develop editorial content and technology for Ellegirl.com, an online style magazine for teen girls. The new Website is designed to complement the soon-to-launch “Elle Girl” magazine.
