However, due a limited number of retailers open on Thanksgiving, 46% of shoppers were more likely to shop online. Thanksgiving Day sales are projected to surpass $1 billion and could overtake Black Friday within the next five years, according to the Adobe Digital Index 2013 Online Shopping Forecast.
