PC Mall completes Wareforce acquisition

Computer reseller PC Mall has completed its acquisition of technology solutions provider Wareforce. Wareforce, which had been operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, posted 2001 sales of roughly $89 million. Under the terms of the bankruptcy proceeding, Torrance, CA-based PC Mall will pay approximately $10.6 million to Wareforce’s creditors and receive trade accounts receivable and inventory worth $10.9 million, as well as all fixed and intangible assets.
