Tapestry Partners With Aptos to Enhance Customer Engagement at Coach and Stuart Weitzman Retail Locations

Aptos Store and Mobile Store Point of Sale Solutions to Be Deployed at Coach and Stuart Weitzman Stores in 13 Countries

Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced Tapestry, Inc. (NYSE:TPR) (SEHK:6388), a leading New York-based house of modern luxury accessories and lifestyle brands, is deploying the market-leading Aptos Store point of sale solution to provide customers with seamless, advanced and personalized experiences.

The Aptos Store deployment will standardize retail point of sale across Coach and Stuart Weitzman locations in Austria, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States. The selection of Aptos Store is the latest strengthening of the Tapestry-Aptos partnership, which has been in place since 2003.

Tapestry’s portfolio includes Coach, Stuart Weitzman and, most recently, Kate Spade. The company directly operates approximately 1,300 stores globally across its three brands and employs 20,000 people.

Tapestry and its brands are founded upon a creative and consumer-led view of luxury that stands for inclusivity and approachability. Each brand is unique and independent, while sharing a commitment to innovation and authenticity defined by distinctive products and differentiated customer experiences across channels and geographies.

To support its commitment to differentiated customer experiences, Aptos Store — and Aptos Mobile Store — will enable Coach and Stuart Weitzman associates to offer personalized customer service by providing easy access to information required to satisfy today’s shoppers, from product and promotion information to customer loyalty and purchase history.

With Aptos Mobile Store, store managers and sales associates have instant, on-the-go access to the tools they need to enhance service and productivity by completing end-to-end POS transactions, looking up items, locating stock and much more, without ever leaving the customer’s side.

“Tapestry and its brands are known for innovation, creativity and craftsmanship, and for being a consumer-focused business,” said Noel Goggin, Aptos CEO and culture leader. “We’re proud to help Tapestry strengthen its operational foundation as it evolves and grows each of its brands within the thriving $80 billion global market for premium handbags and accessories, footwear, and outerwear.”
