Titan Selects Aptos Platform to Power Retail Operations for Its Department Stores Across Panama

ATLANTA, September 26, 2017– Aptos, Inc., a recognized market leader in retail technology solutions, today announced that Shalom S.A., which owns Titan, one of the largest department store brands in Panama, has selected the Aptos Singular Commerce platform to support its growth plans. The deal marks Aptos’ entry into the Panamanian retail market and enhances its footprint in Latin America.

Titan sells a variety of apparel, footwear and accessories for men, women and children, as well as home goods, beauty items, furniture, toys and electronics. The department store chain will leverage Aptos Store for point of sale for improved and streamlined transactions across its more than 400 POS stations. The retailer will also deploy Aptos CRM and Loyalty to support differentiated and personalized customer experiences. Titan will also benefit from efficiencies in operational and financial execution enabled by Aptos Audit and Operations Management.

The suite of Aptos solutions will enable Titan to create and maintain mutually beneficial customer relationships that drive incremental sales, increase loyalty and support the key business processes needed to enable the company’s growth plans.
