Schaumburg, IL-based database company Experian has named Deborah Lowman-Zuccarini executive vice president/chief marketing officer for Experian Marketing Solutions. She had been chief operating officer for Nykamp Consulting Group.

Chicago-based Chicago Association of Direct Marketing (CADM) has appointed George A. Buckley, Jr., to the newly created position of full-time executive director. Buckley was most recently executive director of the American Student Dental Association.

New York-based Weider Publications has appointed Elaine S. Reiss to chief administrative officer. Most recently, Reiss was deputy commissioner/general counsel at the New York City Department of Information Technology and Telecommunications.

Dodgeville, WI-based cataloger Lands’ End has promoted Donald R. Hughes to senior vice president/chief financial officer. Most recently, Hughes served as vice president of finance for the cataloger. Prior to that, he held positions as controller and director of financial services for the company. Lands’ End has also promoted Brad Gillam to vice president of quality assurance. Gillam most recently served as managing director of the liquidations division of the company. Lands’ End also appointed Marcia Tabler director of creative operations, a newly created position. Tabler most recently presided as vice president of direct marketing for Warner Bros. Studio Stores in Los Angeles.

Philadelphia-based direct marketing agency Devon Direct Euro RSGC announced that Richard Scheiner has joined the company as vice president, client services. Most recently, Scheiner served as vice president/COO/CFO at direct response agency Guthy-Renker Direct in Santa Monica, CA.

Phoenix, AZ-based pet retailer/cataloger PetSmart has appointed Thomas S. Liston interim executive vice president and chief financial officer. Most recently, Liston was vice president, finance, as well as secretary and treasurer with Little Switzerland. Prior to that, he was vice chairman and CFO for Barry’s Jewelers.

Cataloger/e-tailer, Rocky Mountain Motorworks based in Woodland Park, CO, has appointed Lee Meyer president. Previously, Meyer was president of catalog and direct marketing PaperDirect.

Merrimack, NH-based PC Connection, a direct marketer of information technology products and solutions, has named Bob Gregerson president of PC Connection Sales Corp., its largest sales subsidiary. Most recently, Gregerson served as vice president of North America partner sales and marketing for Compaq Computer Corp. The company promoted Stephen Townsend to vice president of business operations for that subsidiary. Steve Baldridge has been promoted to vice president, corporate controller of PC Connection Services, also a subsidiary of PC Connection.

San Francisco-based retailer Williams-Sonoma has appointed Dale Hilpert chief financial officer. Most recently, Hilpert was chairman/CEO for athletic footwear retailer Venator Group.

Irving, TX-based Neiman Marcus Direct, the direct-to-consumer division of the Neiman Marcus Group, has promoted Michael Lubka and Jessica Weiland to senior vice presidents. Lubka oversees Chef’s Catalog and the men’s division of Neiman Marcus Direct; Weiland is responsible for circulation and marketing for Neiman Marcus Direct. Most recently, Lubka was general merchandise manager for the men’s division of Neiman Marcus by Mail. Previously, he was promoted to vice president/general manager of Chef’s Catalog, when it was purchased by the Neiman Marcus Group. Weiland most recently served as vice president of marketing and circulation for Neiman Marcus Direct. Previously, she was director of circulation for Horchow Mail Order.

Peterborough, NH-based list company Millard Group has promoted Jan Corliss to account manager in list management. Most recently, Corliss was an assistant account manager with the company.

New York-based Comag Marketing Group (CMG) has appointed Joseph Bertolino as vice president, client services/Condé Nast Group. Prior to that, Bertolino served as vice president of operations for the newly-formed CMG.

Performance Products, a mail order supplier of aftermarket automotive parts, based in Van Nuys, CA, has promoted Tim Stewart to vice president of marketing. Stewart was previously director of marketing for the company.

Hackensack, NJ-based list firm Mokrynski & Associates has added Ann Brown-Lynch to its list management division. Previously Brown-Lynch was employed as a senior account manager in the list management division of ALC of New York.

Litchfield, CT-based White Flower Farm has appointed John Gwillim Internet marketing manager. Most recently, Gwillim was a marketing manager with the now defunct Austin, TX-based

Plymouth Meeting, MA-based cataloger/retailer IKEA appointed Pernille Spiers-Lopez as the new president of IKEA North America and a member of the International Management Board. Spiers-Lopez currently is human resources manager for IKEA North America. Previously, she was store manager in IKEA’s Pittsburg location.

New Britain, CT-based cataloger Moore Medical Corp. named Jerry Flasz chief technology officer and executive vice president, information systems. Flasz joins the company from the Revlon Corp.

Dallas-based Omnicom Group promoted David J. Scholes to president/CEO of its Irving, TX-based company Targetbase, which specializes in online and offline customer relationship management. Scholes is the former president/CEO of the New York office of direct marketing services agency Rapp Collins Worldwide.

Web publishers’ network site, based in Burlington, MA, named Robert Kadar vice president of sales. Kadar was formerly vice president of DoubleClick media group.

Boyertown, PA-based distribution software supplier DM Transportation Management Services has appointed George Mollo director of supply-side strategies. Mollo has more than 30 years of experience in the catalog industry, and has held positions at such companies as Lillian Vernon Corp., Disney Direct, and J. Crew Group.
