Richard P. Randall has rejoined Rye, NY-based cataloger Lillian Vernon Corp. as executive vice president; he will also serve as chief operating officer/chief financial officer. Randall has held senior management positions with Coach, Salant Corp., Warner Cosmetics, and Revlon.

Apparel cataloger/retailer J. Crew has appointed Kathy Boyer executive vice president of men’s business. Boyer will oversee men’s merchandising and product development. Most recently, she served as senior vice president at Banana Republic for six years, where she was responsible for merchandising, planning, and production for Banana Republic’s men’s business. Michael Scandiffio, previously executive vice president of J. Crew’s men’s business, has been appointed executive vice president of women’s business.

Englewood, CO-based printer Mail-Well has added Alister Reynolds to its board of directors. Reynolds is senior adviser to the office of the chairman of Quest Diagnostics. He previously served as senior vice president of U.S. operations of Quest Diagnostics.

Langhorne, PA-based The Advertising Specialty Institute, a promotional products trade publisher, has appointed Cindy Ervin catalog sales manager.

Printing services and supply chain management solutions provider Banta Book Group has promoted Patrick Jermain to vice president of administration. He will assume responsibility for all financial aspects of the company, a subsidiary of Menasha, WI-based Banta Corp. Jermain joined Banta as corporate controller in 1998.

Stephanie Danielson has joined the list brokerage/list management staff of Mail Marketing/The Guild Co., working out of the Northvale, NJ-based company’s West Coast office. She previously worked with Infocore and MC Direct.

Woolrich, PA-based outdoor clothing manufacturer/marketer Woolrich promoted Todd Yates to vice president of sales and marketing. Yates joined Woolrich in January 2000 as director of sales for national accounts; in October 2000, he was appointed vice president of sales and product development.

Rob Whatley has joined the outside sales staff of Mount Laurel, NJ-based Roosevelt Paper Co. He will cover western Tennessee, Arkansas, Mississippi, and Louisiana.

Wheeling, IL-based commercial printer The Segerdahl Corp., a member of the Segerdahl Group, added Michael Rand to its New York account management staff with primary responsibilities to develop accounts on the East Coast and in the Northeast. Rand has previously held positions with Citibank and Publishers Clearing House.

Oakbrook Terrace, IL-based marketing services provider CFM Direct has promoted Chris Laughlin to associate creative director, leading the new team of art directors, copywriters, and editors. Laughlin was previously senior art director. CFM also promoted Bridget Perry, to assistant art director from graphic production designer, and it named Christine Coon copy editor for the King of Prussia creative team.
