PetQuarters to provide third-party Web services

PetQuarters,

the Little Rock, AR-based parent company of the AllPets catalog of pet supplies, will provide Website development, hosting, and fulfillment services for E-Tile, which will create an online database of tile and stone samples from a broad range of manufacturers, for use by design professionals. PetQuarters will provide the services out of its Hazleton, PA, facility in exchange for cash and equity in E-Tile.
