Right Start changes name to FAO

Following its acquisition of cataloger/retailer FAO Schwarz in January, cataloger/retailer The Right Start has changed its name to FAO, leveraging the strength of the FAO Schwarz name. Beginning on April 18, the company will change its ticker symbol from RTST to FAOO.

The Right Start, which sells children’s products, acquired certain assets of toy cataloger/retailer FAO Schwarz in January. In September 2001, The Right Start had bought the assets of toys retailer Zany Brainy.
