School Specialty CEO dead
Business-to-business school supplies cataloger School Specialty reported on March 8 that its chairman/CEO, Dan Spalding, had died unexpectedly. The Greenville, WI-based multititle mailer has named board member Leo McKenna interim chairman of the board. President/chief operating officer Dave Vander Zanden was named interim CEO.
