Thomas C. Edwards was named chief marketing officer of Phoenix-based co-op online catalog Skymall.com. Edwards joins Skymall.com from Visa U.S.A., where he was senior vice president of emerging technology and business development.

Addis T. Hilliker was promoted to vice president of supply chain management for Banta Corp. Hilliker previously served as director of purchasing and logistics for the Menasha, WI-based company.

Audrey Finci was promoted to executive vice president of Burbank, CA-based Walt Disney Art Classics and Disney Direct Marketing, which operates the Disney catalog and the Disney credit card in North America.

Michelle Clements was promoted to vice president of human resources for Eddie Bauer. Clements had been director of retail education for the Redmond, WA-based marketer.

Merrimack, NH-based cataloger PC Connection named Jerry McDougal vice president of product management. McDougal most recently served as client executive for the direct response channel at IBM.

Robert J. Simone has been named CEO of gifts cataloger Ross-Simons in Cranston, RI. Simone had been president/chief operating officer and di-rector of The Big Party.

Richard M. Metzler has joined Weehawken, NJ-based direct marketer Hanover Direct as president of the company's Keystone Fulfillment division. Metzler most recently served as senior vice president for worldwide marketing and customer service at GE Capital/Transport International Pool.
