Sometimes customers want to either see what they purchased on a previous page or check that the information they have provided is correct. On most sites if they decide to hit the back button during the checkout phase, consumers will see the dreaded error button and are forced to do the checkout process all over again. This, for the most part, means a close of your page and you just lost a sale.
