Caryn Gray Business & Strategy Consultant, Experian
Caryn has over 19 years of experience servicing and/or guiding clients to strategically leverage their data assets to build and sustain brand equity, while improving customer profitability. Caryn has a consultative, pro-active, strategic, and pragmatic business style and track record, which demonstrates her appreciation for how technology and business processes must be continually aligned to optimize marketing impact. She has worked in this industry in capacities that have afforded her a wealth of experience in the planning, design, development and management of consumer and business-to-business marketing databases and prospect databases as well as the marketing initiatives that they support. She also provides ideas, guidance, and discipline to strategic analyses that yield actionable, quantifiable business improvements. Her advertising, analytics, database, and direct marketing experience spans a wide range of industries - from automotive to destinations - (e.g., Oldsmobile and Disney World, respectively), from packaged goods to durable goods, from financial services to telecommunications (e.g., Allstate and Ameritech, respectively) and catalog/retail.
Caryn is a Business & Strategy Consultant at Experian Marketing Services, Schaumburg, IL. Prior to joining Experian, Caryn worked as a Senior CRM Business Solutions Consultant at Acxiom Corporation. And, prior to that, she held significant management positions in Database Marketing for Nykamp Consulting Group, Leo Burnett USA, Foote, Cone, & Belding and Cramer-Krasselt.
Caryn holds a BA degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a frequent speaker at both national and regional DM conferences.

Michael Grant Principal, Michael Grant Direct
Michael Grant has worked with over 90 clients nationwide, providing expertise across the full spectrum of direct marketing needs. Michael Grant has been in the direct marketing industry for over twenty years. During that time, he has held full-time positions with increasing responsibility at wellknown direct marketing icons, Columbia House, Citibank Credit Card Group and the J. Crew Catalog before starting his own direct marketing consulting firm in 1992.
Mr. Grant is a member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA), the New England Mail Order Association and the Catalog Council of the DMA. He also sits on the Operating Committee Board of the Catalog Council and is a regular guest speaker at many industry conferences and events.

Christopher French Managing Director, Winterberry Group
An experienced chief executive officer, Christopher French is a direct marketing industry veteran who offers his unique life sciences vertical market expertise to support Winterberry Group's client engagements. Since joining Winterberry Group in February 2005, Mr. French has advised a number of leading market service providers on their organic growth and corporate development strategies. In addition to his role as managing director, Mr. French serves on the board of directors of Cadient Group, a leading provider of interactive brand strategy solutions to the life sciences industry.
Prior to joining Winterberry Group, Mr. French served as chief executive officer of Cadient during 2004. Earlier, he spent eight years at Dendrite International, a provider of sales software, information and support service solutions to the global life sciences industry. At Dendrite, Mr. French served in several capacities, most recently as senior vice president of global solutions marketing and corporate development. Prior to joining Dendrite, Mr. French spent eight years as a merger and acquisition associate at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, a leading global law firm with headquarters in New York City.
Mr. French is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law. He received a B.S. in economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
