Specialty Catalog Investor Wants Remaining Shares
South Easton, MA--Specialty Catalog Corp., whose titles include the Paula Young wigs catalog, received an acquisition proposal from British investor Guy Naggar. Naggar, who owns 29% of the company’s shares, wants to acquire the remaining shares for $3.75 per share.
