Get a Glimpse into the Biggest Shipping Day of the Year at UPS

Monday marked the biggest shipping day of the year for UPS as they geared up and shipped out 34 million packages that day, 29 million of which were expected to be delivered the next day.

But the madness doesn’t stop there, according to recent article in USA Today, Mike Mangeot, public relations manager for UPS Airlines, said his company expects to handle 7.75 million packages on Dec. 23 with 3.6 million of those packages being sorted and processed at Worldport alone.
