Lids’ Clearance Pricing Was Off This Morning…

Clearance sales are great… when the prices on the landing page reflect the pricing on the product page.

I got an email Monday morning from Lids regarding an additional 30% off its clearance prices. The video above shows what I was experiencing with incorrect prices.

Fortunately for Lids, they were alerted to the problem, and got it fixed. Immediately.

Not in the way the shopper would have wanted it though. The New York Giants Christmas ornament that was $2.61 on the landing page but $2.80 in the quick view is now $2.80 on the landing page as well. And the $6.02 Cubs t-shirt that was coming up as $10.50 in quick view? Now it’s $9.45…
