A Ship-From-Store Solution Bridges Omnichannel Gaps

Last week, eBay Enterprise announced a new offering for clients using its ship-from-store solution. The goal of eBay Enterprise’s Ship-From-Store Freight is to reduce the shipping cost for retailers and brands and enable them to transfer these savings onto their consumers in the form of discounted or free shipping promotions.

In this video taken April 24 at Operations Summit 2014, eBay Inc. interim head of Omnichannel Operations Tom Barone (l.) discusses this solution, as well as the overall advantages of ship-from-store solutions, with Multichannel Merchant managing editor Tim Parry.
