Watch out, Lauren Hutton: Raquel Welch is homing in on your turf as mature celebrity-turned-catalog model. Last year, Ms. Welch modeled her own line of wigs in the Paula Young catalog; now she is on the cover of apparel catalog California Style. An inside spread includes an interview with the cover girl, in which the author states, "At a point in her life when many actresses contemplate slowing down or resting on their laurels, Raquel is looking for new and exciting challenges." Like catalog modeling, perhaps?
