Cataloger/retailer Foot Locker (formerly Venator) on Nov. 13 sold gifts cataloger/retailer The San Francisco Music Box Co. to SFMB Acquisition Corp., a unit of New York-based Kier Group Holdings. The sale was part of Foot Locker’s planned divestiture of its nonathletic businesses. In addition to its retail stores, Foot Locker owns the Eastbay catalog of running gear.
