Meet Our New Exhibitors at Operations Summit!

Operations Summit is less than a week away and all of us here at Multichannel Merchant couldn’t be more excited about this!  This year we welcome several new exhibitors ranging in a variety of categories relating to warehousing, shipping and operations management.

Here is just a sampling of our new exhibitors that has us all anxiously anticipating a great show!

We’re seeing exhibitors offer innovative packaging solutions, like Hudson-Sharp Machine Company, which introduced its patented Rapid Close Self-Seal packaging, a pack-it anywhere bag protection solution for fulfillment and direct-to-customer merchandising providers.

When it comes to 3PL,  we have our exhibitor Integrated Distribution Services Inc., (IDS).  The company  offers integrated logistics solutions which include fulfillment services, warehousing/distribution and intermodal transportation/freight management services.

Our exhibitor KNAPP, is a materials handling company,  focusing on providing fulfillment solutions to significantly reduce order-to-shipping time with extended daily cutoff times, instant access to all SKUs, 100% picking accuracy, increased throughput and productivity – with lower operating costs, less risk and higher ROI.

Loveshaw offers a packaging process solution for clients with difficulties in the process of secondary packages.

We have Magnetic Ticket and Label this year, which offers a full line of label products.  The company provides pattern adhesive labels along with twin web label/form combinations to its customers.

Another company joining us this year, is Sealed Air Corporation, which ensures its clients a safer and less wasteful food supply chain and protects valuable goods shipped around the world and improves health through clean environments.

Looking for shipping insurance? Our exhibitor, Parcel Insurance Plan (PIP) offers discounted rates on shipping insurance compared to declared value with UPS, FedEx, USPS and other carriers.  PIP has been in business since 1966 specializing in small package insurance.

Exhibitors are also looking to enhance the overall customer experience,  for example, eBay Enterprise provides a comprehensive and modular solution that allows brands and retailers to deliver consistent consumer experiences throughout the entire purchase cycle.

While omnichannel is not new to our industry, our exhibitors are finding creative ways to cater to the omnichannel experience.  For example, Seko Omni-Channel Logistics, which is a 3PL, returns and ecommerce solutions company,  manages the total ecommerce supply chain for its clients.

What we are seeing from our exhibitor, Solid Commerce is that it offers its online sellers a chance to fully synchronize inventory across multiple channels and automating nearly every aspect of the ecommerce operations management, inventory, orders, shipping, fulfillment and customer management.

Operations Summit is being held April 22-24 in Indianapolis.
