Office products firm ACCO Brands plans to close a distribution center in Pleasant Prairie, WI, shifting the work to a larger facility in Mississippi.

VF Corp. will lease a new 500,000-square-foot distribution center in Jonestown, PA to distribute products under its Vans, The North Face, and Timberland brands.

Amazon plans to open a new 1 million-square-foot fulfillment center in Riverside, CA, sometime in February.

Ulta Beauty is putting the finishing touches on a new 670,000-square-foot distribution center in Fresno, CA for both store and online fulfillment, which the company expects to have online by July.

Ashley Furniture has opened a new $7.2 million distribution center in Cedar Falls, IA that will replenish stores throughout the state as well as fulfill online orders.

Best Buy has signed a lease on a new 725,000-square-foot distribution center under construction in Piscataway, NJ, part of a 2.2-million-square-foot logistics hub in the township. It will be open in time to service 2018 holiday season demand and service 90 stores and ecommerce orders in New Jersey and parts of New York, Connecticut, Pennsylvania and Delaware. The company is also building a hybrid 550,000-square-foot distribution center in Missouri City, TX, near Houston, that will also open before the holidays.

IKEA has signed a lease for a 975,000-square-foot hybrid retail and ecommerce warehouse in Staten Island, NY that will also house an 855,000-square-foot Amazon fulfillment center.

Majestic Realty Co. has received approval to build a 508,821-square-foot warehouse in Bethlehem, PA, adjoining existing facilities for Crayola and Walmart, on land that had belonged to Bethlehem Steel.

Wayfair plans to open three new distribution centers in Tampa, Orlando and Pompano Beach, FL.
