In the last few weeks I have come across several headlines where a retailer is either doing one of two things – launching a mobile app or redesigning their mobile site or app. See which retailers are aiming to make the mobile shopping experience a better one.
The awards, established to recognize retailers at the cutting edge of delivery, packaging, returns, customer experience and innovation, were presented in a ceremony at the annual Operations Summit 2015. See which retailer took home an award.

To support the growth in 2014, there are plans in place for a variety of website enhancements as well as enhancements to the mobile platform.
Express saw an increase of 14% in its ecommerce sales in the fourth quarter of 2013 over 2012. For the entire year, the retailer reports a 25% increase in ecommerce sales over 2012.
