Ross Kramer, CEO of Listrak told Multichannel Merchant during IRCE 2015 that consumers are embracing mobile at an increasingly high rate.
“On the email side, we’re seeing mobile crest the 50% mark where most of the opens are happening on mobile devices,” said Kramer. “We’re seeing similar thing happening in the browser.”
Aside from mobile, the second biggest trend in ecommerce is curated social photos and merchandising.
“We’re helping to bridge the gap between curation of those social photos and triggered emails,” said Kramer.
