Bringing the front-end and back-end of the business together has been a seamless task for Wrigleyville Sports.
Eric Castellucci, online marketing manager with Wrigleyville Sports, said since everyone is in the same building they are always engaging with one another.
“It’s a nice easy process and easy for us to all figure out what strategy we want going forward and what things are working in different spots of the business,” said Castellucci.
Wrigleyville Sports is working on Netsuite’s ecommerce platform and by doing so, it has helped the keep the front-end and back-end of the business in motion. Castellucci said reports are easily shared among the various areas of the company.

Castellucci said the front-end and back-ends look at what products are working and selling well, what shipping methods are working best in getting the items to consumer.
