Embroiled in a fiscal mess inside the U.S. Postal Service, Potter asked Congress in January to cut mail delivery from six days to five days a week. Now, after requesting that major cost-saving measure, Congress plans to question Potter about his own salary package.
The U.S. Postal Service, which has been searching for cost-cutting measures since its $2.8 billion loss in fiscal 2008, announced March 20 plans to close six of its 80 district offices. What
