Jonathan Abraham is the CEO and co-founder of Joyned.co, a platform that turns ecommerce shoppers’ natural social engagement into sales, which he formed together with Michael Levinson in 2017. Prior to Joyned, Jonathan created several new ventures in industries including events production, emergency medicine, music, education and more.
Ecommerce, once the enemy of retail, should be leveraged and treated as the frenemy. There will always be healthy competition for share of wallet. However, the real winners will be those who leverage ecommerce and all the rich data to better serve customers.
