Erin Lynch emailed me this link yesterday, and, yeah, I laughed. Who knows how long the Overly Suave IT Guy meme sensation will last (maybe it’s over before finish this post?). But as Stephan Spencer pointed out in this Multichannel Merchant article, merchants and marketers should tide the coattails of an existing meme.
Obviously, the Overly Suave IT Guy meme may not be for every merchant or marketer… but if you sell consumer electronics, B2B networking systems, etc., the Overly Suave IT Guy meme could be a no-brainer.
