As more head to the internet to do their shopping, expectations for expedited service are increasing. According to this infographic from OfferChat, 79% of shoppers say their questions get answered immediately with live chat, 51% prefer live chat so they can multitask, and  46% feel live chat is the  most efficient method of communication with a retailer.
