OrderMotion Teams with Channel Intelligence
Software providers OrderMotion and Channel Intelligence have joined forces. OrderMotion specializes in on-demand order and customer management solutions for small and medium-sized merchants that sell direct to consumers. Channel Intelligence provides Web-initiated commerce systems that enable online shoppers to find and buy products whether they start at retailer sites, manufacturer sites, destination shopping sites, or mobile shopping applications.

The certified and pre-built integration between OrderMotion and Channel Intelligence will enable OrderMotion merchants to more effectively and seamlessly sell their products on sites such as Amazon.com and SHOP.COM than with one-off implementations. In turn, Channel Intelligence merchants can easily connect to OrderMotion for help with automating order and customer management across all sales channels.

HighJump Offering WMS for Small Merchants
HighJump Software, a 3M company, has announced a warehouse-management system (WMS) aimed specifically at small and mid-sized companies. Known as HighJump Warehouse Advantage-45, it is designed to be fully implemented within 45 business days.

The software is built on the same technology that supports HighJump’s Warehouse Advantage suite for large companies. Like its predecessor, the new version aims to help customers achieve tracking and visibility of inbound orders, accurate receiving, directed put-away, and rapid picking, shipping and replenishment. Implementations will be structured by a detailed “playbook,” directing daily activity and issuing instructions according to each individual’s role and responsibility.

A flexible pricing structure includes both license and subscription-based options. Companies can buy only the functionality they need and add more complex features and modules over time, according to HighJump.
