Things are looking up for Wall Street Creations. In January, the Rome, GA-based cataloger of finance-themed gifts was closed down by the local district attorney in connection with allegations of racketeering against its owners, Dave and Amy Pimper, who also owned an investment firm. (Charges have since been dropped.) Then in February, the cataloger filed for bankruptcy. But on March 28, Wall Street Creations was bought by hunting supplies cataloger Nite Lite Products Co. for $350,000.
The privately held Nite Lite Products mails the Nite Lite catalog, which sells merchandise for raccoon hunters and their dogs, and Timothy’s, a catalog of products for waterfowl hunters and their dogs. According to Nite Lite president Henry J. Mariani, the company will begin mailing Wall Street Creations in mid-May.
Nite Lite’s Clarksville, AR, facilities will handle fulfillment for Wall Street Creations. Mariani says there are no plans to change the creative of Wall Street Creations, and founder Dave Pimper will oversee merchandise selection for the catalog.
