Deckers Brands, Synchrony, SKIMS, Tappan and Others Honored in 2022 Dynamic Yield Personalization Awards for Americas

Company recognizes trailblazers at the forefront of customer experience design

New York, Nov. 8, 2022 — Dynamic Yield, a Mastercard company and five-time Leader in the Gartner® Magic QuadrantTM for Personalization Engines, today announced the winners of its second annual “Personalization Awards,” recognizing the consumer-centric organizations charting new territory with exciting, seamless and highly relevant digital experiences.

As consumers have come to expect their interests, needs, and wants validated in all interactions with a brand, the winners of this year’s awards have shown an unwavering commitment to achieving true personalization. An ongoing effort that requires significant know-how, strategic vision, and innovation, these companies and their teams are responsible for many of the amazing digital experiences setting the precedent across industries.

Following open nominations, Dynamic Yield evaluated personalization programs and use cases from all 400+ brands using its technology over the last year. Based on two key criteria – expertise and innovation – a dozen brands that mastered the ability to personalize or utilize the platform in new and unique ways were shortlisted. Following further comprehensive review, Dynamic Yield is proud to award five brands that went above and beyond and one key partner that has served as a model for effective collaboration.

The 2022 Dynamic Yield Personalization Awards and Winners Include:

  • The Personalization Expert Award – Given to SKIMS and Deckers Brands, who showcase a complete grasp of experience optimization, deploy campaigns across channels, are segmentation and targeting pros, and push the limits of personalization.
  • The Personalization Innovator Award – Given to Tappan, who not only understands the importance of customer-centricity but also finds new ways to tap into the Dynamic Yield platform, build exciting use cases, and level up their personalization efforts.
  • The Personalization Thought Leadership Award – Given to Synchrony, who not only demonstrates exceptional overall expertise implementing experimentation and personalization, but also elevates others through sharing knowledge and insights that push the rest of the industry forward.
  • The Personalization Partner Excellence Award – Given to Avex, who exemplifies leadership and collaboration, are experts in the platform, offer strategic guidance and support to mutual customers, and serve as an extension of the Dynamic Yield team.
