Incisiv Launches Digital Maturity Benchmark Subscription Service

New subscription service will provide deep insights into the digital maturity of the top retailers and restaurants across five industry segments throughout North America and Europe  

JACKSONVILLE, FL, Jan. 21, 2021 – Incisiv, a next-generation industry insights firm that helps retailers and brands navigate digital disruption in their industry, today announced it has launched a subscription service for its digital maturity benchmark reports. The new service, covering the top retailers and restaurants in the U.S. and in Europe, will allow organizations to better understand the digital commerce maturity of key segments across the shopper journey.

Incisiv’s benchmark reports provide key insight on where companies stack up against industry leaders and help to identify gaps in the desktop and mobile experience. The annual subscription service includes:

  • Dedicated subscription member walkthroughs of data with Incisiv analyst after each data update (2x year)
  • Quarterly trend calls with Incisiv analyst
  • Ability to request benchmark attributes be added based on solution
  • Ability to obtain account based reports contextualized to subscribing member strengths
