Iris North America Expands Leadership Team

Announces three new hires to lead operations and an in-house data-driven futures practice, as well as social and PR

New York, April 5 2023 — Today, global creative, strategy and innovation company Iris announced that it has further expanded its leadership team in North America, appointing Grace Tsai as Senior Vice President of its data driven futures practice, which includes CRM, loyalty, performance media, measurement, analytics and adtech/martech consulting; Lindsay Munson as Head of Social and PR; and Paul Daligan as Head of Operations for the region. This announcement coincides with a strong period of growth for the company’s North American division.

“This series of hires ensures our agency is well-positioned to anticipate expanding and shifting client needs both now and in the years to come,” said Ian Sohn, CEO of North America for Iris. “The experience Grace and Lindsay bring to the table is critical toward our broader efforts to put data and earned attention at the core of every client engagement, while Paul provides the operational discipline to support our six regional offices and help them function as a single organism.”

With more than two decades of experience in marketing intelligence, data science and analytics, Tsai will drive innovation for Iris’ data-driven offering and contribute to the agency’s net-new growth while solving complex client challenges. She is passionate about marrying creative with real-time data to deliver personalized experiences that constantly adjust based on human behavior.

Similarly, Munson is a seasoned communications strategist and brand marketer who has spent the last 20 years providing creative, results-driven leadership for global brands and Fortune 100 companies across industries like auto, fashion, CPG, spirits and more. As Iris’ Head of Social and PR, she has been tasked with growing the agency’s overall practice through her specialized knowledge and expertise in consumer PR.

Daligan has 15 years of experience spent working across creative operations, content production and project management, having previously held leadership positions at PMG Media, Publicis’ Digitas, Dentsu Creative and Anomaly. In this newly created role, he will be responsible for integrating six regional offices—San Francisco, Atlanta, Chicago, New York, Boston and Toronto—into a singular regional operating system. He will collaborate closely with Sohn, as well as Iris’ managing directors to connect, optimize and organize the agency’s systems and processes.

In 2022, Iris NA expanded its leadership, tapping Ian Sohn as CEO for the region in August, then bringing on Dan Lescarbeau as Vice President of Growth and Mike Giger as Head of Client Services in San Francisco this past October.
