Kibo continues to make smart investments in composable commerce with recent product updates, strategic partnerships and client go-lives
DALLAS, MARCH 29, 2023 — Kibo, a leading composable digital commerce platform, today announced product updates, strategic partnerships and recent client go-lives from Q1, 2023. Kibo’s continued focus on composable solutions provides retailers, distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers the freedom of flexibility required to succeed in today’s competitive market.
“Companies used to have to choose between business-friendly commerce functionality and developer agility,” said Ram Venkataraman, CEO of Kibo. “With Kibo, our clients have both. We enable our clients to take ownership of their commerce platform without having to build it from scratch. The depth of our out-of-the-box capabilities coupled with the extensibility of the platform allows technical users to focus on delivering differentiated experiences.”
Product Updates
Kibo recently announced two new product updates, including Extensible Order Routing and Substitutions. Extensible Order Routing gives business users the autonomy to extend custom attributes without needing IT or vendor help and the flexibility to align order routing with their unique organizational goals and supply chain operations. Substitutions gives companies the ability to substitute one product for another during the fulfillment process.
“We’re excited to continue rolling out updates across our order management, ecommerce and subscription solutions throughout 2023 that give technical users the freedom of flexibility, and business users the freedom to build exceptional customer experiences,” said Vinesh Vis, Chief Revenue Officer at Kibo.
Client Go-Lives
“Kibo measures its success based on its clients’ successes,” said Blake Billings, Director of Client Success at Kibo. “We strive to provide our clients with composable solutions that help them accelerate growth and digitally transform to meet and exceed their customers’ expectations.”
Some of Kibo’s client go-lives in Q1 of 2023 include:
- ExperienceNow, a ticketing platform for experiences, went live with Kibo Search. Kibo Search will help ExperienceNow deliver lightning-fast relevancy at scale and automate search suggestions to ensure customers have accurate experiences.
- Tourneau, the largest authorized retailer of luxury Swiss watches in the U.S., went live with Kibo’s composable Order Management solution to offer buy online, pick up in-store across its 30+ locations. Tourneau also leverages Kibo’s OMS to capture serial numbers on orders and packing slips to provide high-value tracking and expedited registration for warranties.
- Sound United, a leading manufacturer and distributor of premium consumer sound and home technologies and subsidiary of Masimo, has expanded Kibo Order Management capabilities to its EU clientele. Sound United uses Kibo’s global Inventory Visibility to locate new or refurbished products across nationwide locations and Order Routing Engine to determine the most efficient way to deliver an item to a customer quickly.
