As ecommerce tech company grows, new hires will expand product suite and market penetration in 2022 and beyond
HERZLIYA, Israel, Dec. 13, 2021 — Namogoo, the world’s first Digital Journey Continuity platform, announced today it has appointed two new hires to top managerial positions: Sari Brosh Rechav as COO and Yaron Schechtman as SVP of global sales.
Rechav will oversee Namogoo’s day-to-day operations, with a particular focus on ensuring that the company successfully executes its product-led growth roadmap. Schechtman will manage Namogoo’s Revenue Org, accelerating market penetration in the United States, EMEA and other global markets and supporting the company’s expansion of new products and services.
Namogoo empowers more than 1,000 ecommerce brands of all sizes to shape the digital customer journey for each and every shopper by determining their intent in real-time, delivering the right individualized experience to get them to purchase – while ensuring distractions disappear.

Sari Brosh Rechav, Namogoo’s new COO, is a forward-looking senior executive with a laser-sharp focus on achieving and surpassing defined goals through efficient operation in matrixed environments. Rechav has extensive experience as a site manager and vice president of research and development (R&D), and has managed large-scale, internationally distributed, and multidisciplinary technological software & hardware R&D teams. Prior to joining Namogoo, Rechav served as CEO Israel for Lumos Global and as VP at SpaceIL. She also worked for more than 15 years at ECI, where her last role was head of Access Division R&D. Sari has B.A. and M.A. degrees in Computer Science from Tel Aviv and Bar Ilan Universities, respectively.
Yaron Schechtman, the new SVP of Global Sales, is a passionate business leader with more than 18 years of experience building world-class teams to drive business development, sales, and go-to-market partnerships at high-growth B2B, B2C, and marketplace & SaaS enterprise companies. Before Joining Namogoo, Yaron Served as VP of global sales for Syte; as VP of global sales and business development of HERE Mobility Division (owned by Audi, Volkswagen & Daimler); and as VP of global sales & business development at Viber, one of the world-leading messaging apps, which was acquired by Rakuten in 2014 for $920 million. Yaron has a B.A. in Business administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and an M.A. in Law from Bar Ilan University.
