Irving, TX – October 15, 2019 – Retail IT consultancy and technology firm, REPL Group, has appointed Jon Hughes to the role of executive vice president (EVP) Americas as it continues to expand internationally following an increase in turnover to $34 million during the last financial year.
As EVP Americas, Jon will head up all operations including sales and delivery across the continent and will be responsible for devising the go-to-market strategy for the region. Throughout his career, Jon has successfully delivered disruptive change simultaneously across people, processes and technology for organizations focused on delivering significant business outcomes.
Prior to joining REPL, Jon held the position of COO at a digital transformation business and has experience as a practice head in a number of global management consulting firms including a digital business transformation start-up funded by private equity. He has been personally delivered over $2 billion of tangible performance improvement during his career to date.

Holding a combined Honours Degree in Computing and Physics from Aston University; an MBA specializing in Strategy from Aston Business School, Jon is now researching his Doctorate in Digital Business Transformation Mobilization at Warwick Business School.
