Charlottesville, VA-based consumer electronics cataloger/retailer Crutchfield Corp. appointed Rick Souder executive vice president, merchandising. Souder was previously vice president/general merchandise manager for Circuit City Stores. He will be responsible for all merchandising for the company, and will take a lead role in developing long-term growth strategies.
