Because it has yet to file its annual report form 10-K, New York-based teen multichannel marketer Alloy received notification that its stock symbol may be delisted from the Nasdaq Stock Market. Alloy has requested a May 14 hearing with Nasdaq and expects to file its annual report for its fiscal year ended Jan. 31 in advance of the meeting.
