When looking to hire logistics/operations managers, what techniques produce the best results? Promoting from within your current team.

What are you most proud of accomplishing in logistics/operations? On time and on budget startup of the Hazelton DC and a successful first holiday season.

If asked by another woman interested in the field of logistics/operations, what would you list as the pros and cons? Pros – it’s a great test of your critical thinking skills, team leadership abilities and stamina. Cons – if you’re looking for a 9-5, it’s not for you.
