Prior to joining Pattern, Garrett spent the bulk of his career working with brand CPG industry leaders including Reckitt Benckiser, Unilever, and Hyland’s. Garrett brings to Pattern a scrappy perspective to running and operating eCommerce marketplaces with an emphasis in optimization, automation and outsourcing to allow for sustainable business growth.
