Todd joined the VPTax team in 2007, bringing more than 11 years of expertise in international tax, tax accounting, corporate compliance, transactional tax, property tax and a range of other specialties. His breadth of experience and knowledge of corporate taxes enables him to provide practical solutions and serve as an outsourced tax director to VPTax’s clients. Prior to joining VPTax, Todd held roles overseeing the tax, treasury, risk and stock administration functions for Solidus Networks, Inc. and Hands-On Mobile. He also oversaw international taxes at large public technology companies Electronic Arts and Siebel Systems. Previously, Todd held positions with Coopers & Lybrand and KPMG.
