Fashion and style entrepreneurs, Greg Selkoe, Allen and Kyle Onyia, partner with Silicon Valley veterans, Dr. Paul Judge and Cedric J. Rogers announced the launch of their new venture, Curateurs.com.
Curateurs is a new website for men’s fashion which aims to be the go-to place to purchase exclusive items curated by the world’s most sought after influencers and celebrities.
By showcasing fashion from your favorite style influencers and today’s hottest celebrities, Curateurs combines the power of celebrity influence with technology, but in an authentic way not yet seen before.
How? Not only do top celebrities showcase some of their favorite limited edition items and brands, but they allow users to buy items straight out of their personal closets and private collections creating a one-of-a-kind entertaining shopping experience that directly reflects their personal lifestyle. And because of this unique opportunity, many items are available at Curateurs.com and nowhere else.
“We want to provide our customers the coolest stuff on the planet,” says co-founder, Greg Selkoe. “Paul and I began reaching out to our contacts in the influencer and celebrity community. The resending response was, ‘yes, we want to share our lifestyle. We realized that there were billions of dollars worth of goods associated with these influencers. We knew we were onto something big!”

How it works: The Curateurs team scours the globe to find the best cultural influencers. The focus is on style and substance, not just fame. The invited “Curateur” is interviewed and talks passionately about the products they have picked. Then the website showcases photos and videos of Curateur style looks and provides a community platform where users can discuss those looks, save favorites to style boards, and buy them. Curateurs is a blend of content, community, and commerce.
The founders of Curateurs have had significant success in both fashion and technology. Greg Selkoe was founder of KarmaLoop, a leading men’s ecommerce company that grew to $100 million in annual sales. Allen and Kyle Onyia are founders of UpscaleHype, a high-end lifestyle online magazine that focuses on what celebrities wear. Cedric J. Rogers is a 10-year Apple veteran and Dr. Paul Judge has been co-founder and executive at several successful technology companies including CipherTrust, Purewire, Barracuda, Pindrop and Luma. The newest team member, Steve Birkhold, a 30-year veteran of the fashion industry, having served as the CEO of Bebe and Lacoste, along with a 10-year tenure at VF Corporation, recently came on board to add more firepower to the already formidable team.
The list of celebs already on board is quite impressive and grows daily. The first 3 Curateurs for launch are: designer Jeff Staple, one of hip-hop’s biggest rising stars – A$AP Ferg, and Grammy Award winner, Ryan Leslie.
