Avoid being inconvenient, and make great customer service is a priority. Many companies have put barriers in front of customers that result in many customers running away from the company.  According to this infographic by Avaya, 66% of customers surveyed in the Harris Interactive said they would leave companies that make customer service hard or a high effort.
