ALC of New York is becoming Belardi/Ostroy ALC, reflecting the name of its three founders: American List Counsel, chairman/CEO Andy Ostroy, and president Donna Belardi. The name change will go into effect on Dec. 1. In addition to the rebranding, the company is moving to a larger New York City location and will be opening an office in Ridgefield, CT. The newly branded entity will, in addition to its traditional mailing list and marketing services, include a consulting division, Growth Strategies Group, and Co-op Connection, a service assisting clients in managing their relationship with cooperative databases.
Also, Minneapolis-based CMS Direct, which includes marketing service providers CMS and Prefer Network, is moving to an expanded facility in the Twin Cities area next month. The company says the move does not affect its Marshfield, WI, or New York offices.
