Include a Non Disclosure Agreement
The RFPs should include Non-Disclosure Agreement, signed in advance, a contact person within your company who is designated to answer any questions concerning the RFP itself, and an end date in which they need to reply to the RFP by. These things sound elementary but they are essential in getting a timely RFP response.
