Coils are layer wound with interlayer insulation for maximum reliability and long service life. Suited for 120/240 Volt input at 60 Hz, these unique designs are inherently protected against shorts and overloads. Models are available for standard battery voltages (12/24/36 and 48 V), with output regulated against changes in line voltage. Foster Battery Charger Transformers are ideal for industrial battery charging applications including electric lifts, tow motors, floor scrubbers, cart pushers, motorized pallet trucks, golf and industrial carts and other equipment using lead acid storage batteries.
Models are available for with output current ratings from 7.5 A to 80 A. Custom input and output voltages are available. UL Class 180 (H) insulation System is standard, UL File E50662.
